All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Orders are processed and mailed within 3 days of receiving payment.

You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order and delivery updates. My goal is to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you notice any errors in your shipping details or if any information is missing, please contact me as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

I really hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, please email me to start the returns process within 14 days of delivery.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding the original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their returns.

 

If your order arrives damaged, notify me immediately with a photo of the damaged piece so I can replace the item or issue a refund.  I will only be able to replace or refund any damaged items if notified within 5 days of delivery.
